Assistance Publique–Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP), the largest hospital system in Europe, has announced a collaboration with Google Cloud to develop a secure platform for medical data analysis. The partnership aims to support clinical research and improve patient care by enabling authorized researchers to access anonymized health data in compliance with European data protection regulations.

The new platform will leverage Google Cloud's infrastructure to process large volumes of medical records while maintaining strict privacy and security standards. AP-HP emphasized that all data will be hosted in France and managed under the supervision of French authorities, ensuring adherence to GDPR and national health data guidelines.
